The December issue of MRO Management is now online

As our twentieth year of publication draws to a close, and MRO facilities across the world prepare their hangars for the new year, the December edition of MRO Management is available to read online now.

In this issue, we investigate what the future may hold for the Bombardier Canadian Regional Jet, following the purchase of the manufacturer's C Series by Airbus and its Dash 8/Q twin-turboprop by Longview Aviation Capital.

We also take a look at the maintenance and repair programmes supporting the CFM56 engine family, as well as those put in place for its successor, the LEAP engine range. One supplier of engine test cells for the CFM56 and LEAP engine programmes is Belgium-based Safran Aero Boosters.

Meanwhile, UAE-based Turbine Services and Solutions has established itself as a major MRO shop in the Middle East region. Now it is looking to expand into Africa, having signed an MoU with Ethiopian Airlines, and Asia, holding Civil Aviation Administration of China approval for V2500 as well as Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam.
